Supported by Chinese central government (SAFEA - State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs) and its branches in each province and each city, Sinooz Cooperation Services ( Trading as Expert-for-China Club - EFCC) based in Brisbane, Australia is establishing the Experts Bank through inviting experts to be the members of the Experts Bank.
The purpose of the Experts Bank is to recommend experts and arrange visits to China to give professional advice. Each year, EFCC receives a number of requests from China, asking us to recommend experts to travel to China to give advice. Establishing Experts Bank will make the recommendation more efficient.
We do not set specific criteria for experts, however, we need the candidates to have recognized skills and knowledge in a science and technological area. It is expected that an expert has worked in his/her specialized area for at least 15 years after graduating from a university.
By joining the Experts Bank, you will enjoy the following benefits and advantages:
We also ask you to recognize your commitment by joining the Experts Bank:
Normally the first trip to China should be working as a volunteer which will take two weeks. Starting the second trip, EFCC will represent you to discuss with Chinese side about commercial advice.
As the biggest developing country in the world, China needs the expertise of developed countries like Australia. Through our EFCC program, you will not only have the opportunities to share your knowledge with other peoples, but also you will understand another fascinating country and its people, culture, and history.
We will build a website for our Experts Bank. Once it is completed, you will have an account on it, and you can upload your CV and other info on it.
I look forward to your joining us.
